The portal stores staff names, work email addresses, roles and assigned offices or schools. Student records contain names, admission numbers, classes, gender and guardian names. These records support school administration.

Access and security

Accounts use hashed passwords. Authorised staff can access records within their assigned district, block or school, according to role permissions. Administrative changes and exports are recorded in an audit log.

Cookies and advertising

A session cookie is used for login security. Advertising, when enabled by the administrator, is restricted to public content pages. Google advertising code loads only after you choose to allow advertising on this browser. The advertising provider may use cookies and process usage information. You can withdraw this choice below.

Contact the portal administrator for information access, corrections, retention details or deletion requests. The administrator must publish an organisation-specific privacy policy and retention schedule before collecting live student data.
